We provide owner-operators with all-inclusive, no-cost authority services. We have strong relationships with brokers and customers. This ensures a steady supply of well-paid loads for our clients.

Our highly experienced dispatchers are available 24/7 and are trained to identify the most optimal loads on the market. We prioritize open communication with our owner-operators to ensure their comfort and satisfaction. This includes discussing preferred routes and rates to provide a positive experience. We collaborate with our partners, not employees, and as such, we do not implement forced dispatch policies.

We understand that a significant portion of all the expenses is fuel-related. To enhance the confidence and comfort of our owner-operators, we offer a fuel card to ensure their seamless operations. You can actually receive it in a few minutes at the first pick-up location. The dispatcher will provide the digital code and instructions for use via email. This fuel card functions similarly to a standard physical card, allowing for manual or app-based use. If you have any questions about the fuel card, please don't hesitate to contact the dispatcher. There are no associated fees for using the fuel card. The cost of the fuel purchased is the only deduction allowed.

Our company is committed to fostering long-term relationships and responsibly conducting business. For our dedicated owner-operators, we are committed to providing financial support for maintenance in the event of an emergency or breakdown.

The hard work and dedication of each owner-operator will be recognized and rewarded every Friday. Payments can be made quickly with an additional fee, upon request.

All loads delivered from Saturday to Friday will be paid via direct deposit the following Friday.

Northern Valley offers comprehensive insurance coverage to safeguard your assets. If you have your bobtail and physical damage liability coverage, we will provide you only with cargo liability coverage. We understand the difficulties truck owners face in obtaining permanent plates. To address this need, we are offering temporary plates at a reasonable deduction from your gross.

The revenue range for our owner-operators is typically from $5,000 to $8,000 gross per week, depending on their equipment and operating preferences. Furthermore, depending on the type of truck, you can expect to retain 85-90% of the gross revenue. Our top-performing solo drivers anticipate weekly net payments of up to $4,000.

​Many owner-operators and drivers use different electronic logging devices (ELDs). We do not provide them, and therefore do not monitor you through ELDs. So in this case, you can use any you like.
