Hotshot

Offer:

• Revenue ranges between $4,000-$6,000+ per week for a solo driver (gross)

• 85% paid from gross revenue, 15% of fees

• Paid layover, detention, getting TONU

• Authority (for free)

• Insurance ($200 cargo, $100 bobtail liability per week, if needed)

• Fuel card Pilot Flying J/One9 (directly after first pick up)

• Temporary tags for 45 days for $300 (IRP allows you to operate all over 48 contiguous states)

Requirements:

• CDL A

• Pickup truck equipped with a 35'+ flatbed/gooseneck, a payload capacity of 13,000lbs+

• Personal protective equipment (e.g., high-visibility vests, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, gloves, etc.)

• Available secure equipment:

  • 4-6' tarp (not required but preferred)

  • 4 chains

  • 4 binders

  • 5-10 dunnage

  • 8-10 straps

Skills:

• Proven work experience as a hotshot driver

• Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, ELD, etc.)

• Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly

• Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations

• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.)
